| A. | If you already have the domain name elsewhere, it should be enough for us to ask them to set the DNS pointers .. as the owner, you will have to ask them, but I'll provide what you need to say.
Then you can have the hosting with my company and emails etc. will be handled by them.
If you only collect on one computer, you can say email me at yourname@ or sales@ or info@ and you'll collect them all.
The website should perform perfectly well with the domain name registered with one company and the hosting with another.
Slight however or but here ....
I have experienced twice problems where the clients website has gone down frequently and for some time. In these cases it was not the actual hosting but the DNS server that was down. The solution with these was to transfer the registrar aspects of the domain name to my usual hosting companies who have proven to be very reliable. |
